The foundation carries out the procedure for recognizing foreign documents on higher and postgraduate professional education (nostrification) in European countries; promotes preparation for relevant exams during nostrification; provides legal support and consultation if necessary; ensures the rights of citizens who have received education in other countries to continue their education or professional activities.
